Blinks of pain

Capture my mind

Tingle of arms

Leading to numbness

Legs warm

Body made weak by thoughts

Slipping up the rope

Because my world is upside down

Until then my words are sighs

My sighs to laughter

My laughter to grunts

My grunts to silence
